Acronis true image wd doesnt see wd drive

I have downloaded Acronis True help and was told that Acronis True Image cannot make drive, each time I open the program it freezes my computer.

Gopro software mac	Surely WD allows them to contact the US for their assistance. You can clone your volume to an external hard drive as a disk image, not as a bootable partition. Acronis true image wd doesnt see wd drive	Firmware up to date. I have done this three times, and each time I have uninstalled it and restarted my PC to ensure nothing was left. Well there is one that made the cloning for free Macrium Reflect 7, thanks Macrium. Sorry to insist, but does that copy my programmes and settings in the same way that a clone of my operating system does? Has anybody ever experienced that?
